Under the roof you’ll find the gallery with a multi-game table (table football and much more), a play corner for little ones and, on request, an extra single bed. Outside there’s a terrace with plenty of seating and a garden with strawberries and raspberries. What more could you want?

Stegaurach lies right on the western edge of Bamberg. The bus stops outside the house and takes you to the old town in approx. 15 minutes – to the Old Town Hall, Little Venice and the Imperial Cathedral.
From Bamberg main station, take one of the city buses to the central bus station ZOB (Promenade), about 5 minutes. There, change to line 912 towards Stegaurach/Mühlendorf. After around 15 minutes you stop right outside the house. In the evening, line 937 runs as well. Timetables and tickets are in the VGN app.
Nuremberg Airport is about 60 km away, around 45 minutes by car. Without a car, take the U2 underground to Nuremberg main station, the train to Bamberg and the bus from there – about 1.5 hours in total.
The A73 and A70 motorways take you to Bamberg, and from there it’s just a few minutes to Stegaurach. Each house has 2 private parking spaces, and there’s an EV charging point at the town hall, just 2 minutes’ walk away.

Yes, each house has two parking spaces right by the door. There’s an EV charging point at the town hall, just two minutes’ walk away.
Yes, up to two pets are welcome on request; the fee is €15 per pet per night. Dog liability insurance is required. Just drop us a line before booking. You’ll find our dog rules on each house’s page.
Yes, bed linen and towels are included. Each guest gets two bath towels and one hand towel. For longer stays we’re happy to change towels on request.
The bus stops right outside the house and takes about 15 minutes to Bamberg’s old town. Our tip: download the VGN app in advance – it has all departure times and lets you buy your ticket on your phone.
